Opportunities to work at events in the community like The Neptune Festival, and paid your hourly wage.
Working with the same staff for many years, and developing great relationships.

New employees make as much if not more.
Low pay raise.
New employees get a sign on bonus.
I can’t say to much. I’m afraid of retaliation.

The management is the main problem. Awful leadership skills, hypocritical, lazy, and lacks major responsibility skills. I can't speak for all locations, but the Catonsville one has a problem. If it wasn't for the management at this location, I would've stayed.
