A typical day at work would be fun! I have gained a lot of knowledge on insurance verifications, knowing my equipments and educating my patients on how to use the equipment and loved helping my patients getting them what they are in need of. Management was not so good, a very unprofessional management and very unorganized environment to work in. Definitely, no safety. The hardest part of my job was to verify eligibilty on insurance and to see if my patients can qualify for the equipment with the given diagnostic codes. The most enjoyable part of the job were the people who worked there. They were very friendly and mostly like a family! I loved working there with staff there. We all worked as a team! Management is the worse, the lies are endless that were told. They act as if they care but truly do not. You can't have a productive team when management can never answer question or just always has a "general response" and feels as if it's okay. Co-workers were drama filled, so consumed with negativity. I enjoyed assisting the patients and helping to ensure they received their equipment. It warmed my heart. However, there was no team sprit, the pay is a joke for this to be a dme company, the benefits are so unafforadable. There were glue traps every where oh did I forget roaches!!!!! For some reason even with the company being as small as it is, things would still pop up missing or "walking away"! I don't really have anything good to say about this company except for the location being half hour from where I reside. Other than that RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! I only gave one start because it was required.
