The company takes great pride in their customer service level and are always putting out new training courses to refresh your training. Working remotely started out slightly challenging, but they have a good team that helps with technical issues to keep things running smoothly. Straight forward job taking calls from people with questions and concerns about Covid-19. Poor communication at all levels. I was furloughed from my previous job saw on Facebook about PatLive hiring. During the interview it was made clear that this was a contractor position and the job could end at anytime with no notice, and that employees could leave without no notice. Well, my job called me back and I email my supervisor, HR, even the director of the virtual call center that I can continue working for PatLive on my days off from the job I called back too, you know, since that job offers awesome benefits. Never got a response. So I sent email that I was leaving Patlive.
