I had to leave only because I became very sick and could no longer perform my job duties. Each time I had to call out due to my illness or internet issues the company was very understanding. The only issue is the angry callers that belittle and curse you believing you are the case worker that messed up their assistance. This is something PATLIVE can't control but they do allow you to report the call so it can be handled which most companies wouldn't do. The best benefit of working here was the pay. They offered me the position and then the very next day they said the position was no longer available because the department of health was delaying it. A few weeks later, they said the position was starting up. I started working the position and then a couple of weeks later, I got an email saying that the position was ending. There was no two weeks notice. There was not even a one week notice. It was a two day notice. They said "your contract will be ending this friday". Extremely unprofessional and rude.
