In my experience, management wants you to succeed and will give you the support and the tools to do so. There’s no room to slack off during the work day itself, but the work-life balance is excellent. As long as you come to work prepared to work, you’ll do well.

-Fast-paced environment. Patriot's customer base has grown around 33X in the last five years that I've been here.
-With this growth, opportunities keep coming up. My current role didn't exist a year ago.
-If you work hard and are good at what you do, they will seek to keep you in any way they can.
-I have a lot of flexibility when it comes to the hours I work and whether or not I work from home.

-Communication at times can be a bit sparse. However, our management is aware of that and seeks to improve it.
-Because of the rapid change, you know that the opportunity will be there eventually. However, it can be really uncertain at times what your career path will be since the plan on how to deal with the constant growth is always changing.
