A fantastic group of people, top to bottom. The partners are genuinely dedicated to everyone’s professional development. Prep and pros predominates but there are opportunities to get involved in other areas. P+S is very client focused and encourages associates to travel regularly to engage with clients (something that has obviously been significantly curtailed by current COVID conditions).

Do not recommend - Extremely high turnover - Not valued, low morale

All prosecution experience, don't let them fool you into thinking you'll get any other kind of experience. 2000 hour billable minimum. Low pay for "an international boutique." You will be placed into a specific group/client and it will be near impossible to do anything else. Staff is very undervalued, yet they are the key to the firm's success.

No reviews provided year after year. No feedback and no room for growth. Partners have their favorites and it shows. Special perks for the favorites. Low bonuses that take months to be paid out. Full of family members. Drama between employees and departments.
Overall, I would not recommend unless you are really in need of a job. Very high turnover rate but they tell you its "growth." They have their own plane, but its just a front so the partners and MC can use it to travel to all their vacation houses.
