What is the best part of working at the company?
People recognize the brand and it’s inexpensive enough to make it an easy sell.
What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything. Leadership is atrocious.
What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Toxic, disingenuous, unproductive meetings and trash HR
What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Most of the company is remote and likely goes to Starbucks and the laundromat instead of actually working. Maybe walks their dog and takes a nap.
Field team barely shows up for work and spends their t&e money on expensive meals instead of actually performing a job with any level of skill.

I love Working at Paula’s Choice but some people who work there giving you hard time like you don’t know what you doing everyday. It’s a good place to work but I prefer working with people who will not bucking you or being mean for no reasons.
