Very little pros They treat employees like garbage and the funny thing they think they are really smart and good at what they do. You have to watch your back at all times.

Place is a real dump full of low quality human beings. I would be very careful working there. Some of the dirtiest people in the business from the top down. A real bucket shop. That is not a joke
