Super enjoyed the fast-paced environment and getting to work with people who were just as committed to the concept as the CEO and Founder, Laurence. I got to work closely with Laurence during my time there and found him to be inspirational. He was constantly pushing his team to exceed expectations and had boundless energy - sometimes, he was hard to keep up with! Every day was a learning experience and I gained valuable skills I still use to this very day.

The start-up culture might be difficult to acclimate to, and the hours can get long, especially if you've worked at larger, more corporate companies in the past. Also, no free team-building trips to Disneyland.

Better communication across projects - perhaps each pipe-line project needs to have a set team as early on as possible to prevent over promising client before tech teams input. (happened multiple times during my employment).
Better emphasis on social events - especially important for interns early on.
More full team meetings - Maybe monthly - to include everyone in what is going on in the pipeline, investment etc
As a designer, I highly enjoyed my exposure to clients, however I feel that this needs to happen more often to grow confidence with design interns. Many of my team 'burnt-out' due to lack of interest in projects, I believe that having a designer a the earlier sales stages could amend this concern.
