I work with the best of the best so there are ample opportunities to not only learn, but to bounce ideas off people and get excellent feedback (or argue in a constructive way). We have a close team of brilliant, strong-minded engineers that work together to make amazing things happen. People check their egos at the door and you definitely do not have to deal with prima donnas. The environment is very inclusive and people are very willing to share their knowledge. This is not an easy job, but that's what makes it enjoyable for me. I want to solve difficult problems at a company leading in their space.
