<li>ACA or ICAEW (fintech, banking or investment)</li>
<li>Ideal candidate will have relevant previous experience in a FinTech Startup</li>

<li>Preparing the technical accounting paper</li>
<li>Align the audit recommendation for day-to-day accounting</li>
<li>Corporation Tax filling</li>
<li>R&amp;D Claims</li>
<li>Set up Transfer pricing for the business</li>
<li>Review annual accounts and agree retained profit figure annually</li>
<li>Preparation for Audit committee.</li>
