Unfortunatelly world has changed over time. - One time old friends of our boses joined the company and many people were disappointed, but who cared about people. Guys who did not want to seat silently were fired, the rest still silently are working. - management who cares about company profit and not about good reputation. - even after firing the top company guys did some not pleasant things. Maybe it's their nature. Management is also very understanding when it comes to work-life balance with flexible work from home and time off policies which seem hard to find in startup cultures. As we try to grow and ensure that we can continue to increase our customer base, priorities shift considerably and quickly. Great place to work, you are not expected to do anything your boss wouldn't do. Always willing to go the extra mile to help an employee, flexible when it comes to kids, obligations, etc. They have gone to great lengths to ensure that employees are aware of the long-term and mid-term goals of the business, and emphasize an open door environment. Clear company focus and exponential growth both current and for foreseeable future. Location is easy to get to but you are right between the pike, rt 9 and 16, and 95 - so very busy traffic is the tradeoff for simple directions to the office. This is not simply a distinction of strong technical aptitude, but also a commentary on attitude. They are very bright and capable technically as well as easy to work with personally. I read the one other review that was extremely negative and I am pleased that my experience has been completely opposite. There may have been issues in the past, primarily due to poor communication on all sides, however during my time I have found management to be extremely responsive, reasonable, and easy to approach. They have demonstrated a high degree of integrity far exceeding my expectations. The office can take a little getting used to, especially if you are coming from a bigger company. This is a start up, so it is not extravagant. Management does their best to make it as nice as possible. Maybe good salary, because it's a startup and good financing from WorldPay. 1. you can have the stock options, but founders do not want to give it to you. You will straggle and fight, but they force you to sell your shares after execution for $1. Read your contract. 2. Bad office with mold. Good place for diseases. 3. Gang of bandits and arrogant people. Some only are good. 4. CEO is a smiling shark. Do NOT believe him.
