Pccaresupport was a great oppertunity that just didnt last long enough to make the impact on my career that i wish it did.

Pccaresupport was a tech support company that I was a sales rep for. And they had a great culture but unfortunately some empty promises and closed the doors only a few months after I started with them and was beginning to know my way around our service. I enjoyed the experience. I learned a bit about computers. And it was nice to do something different for a short while.

Let go 40+ employees 2 days before Christmas!!
|
I had a large role at PcCareSupport.
Management was unreqlistic
Did a few illegal things when firing 40+ employees and then not paying them until their usual payday and claimed they were lucky to even get paid.
The top 3 managers would just hangout and shoot each other with nerf guns like little kids while others did everything.
This place had a lot of potential but the lack of good leadership and training killed it.
I've seen them come up in the best places to work I'm utah and that is a complete joke.

Great place to work, they truly care about the people they work with

I have no complaints or problems with this company. Working with them was a pleasure. The only reason I couldn't stay was because being a single mom I needed to move on - but if it wasn't for that I would have absolutely loved to stick around. The management is fun and friendly - they actually work with you. You get out what you put in which is hard to achieve in any other company I've worked for. I hope that they continue as long as they can the way they have been, just as awesome as they are.

Pccaresupport was one of the best jobs i have had. They had awesome incentives they had a really good work environment. But the best thing was we got to help people with the computer problems.

A typical day at work would mostly be calling fairly warm leads, and selling computer repair to people who have requested help online.
I've learned so many things working here at Pccaresupport you got to have the motivation to succeed!

A typical day at work - head and shoulders above any other "call center" environment. We do more than take calls and it's extremely interactive and if you're into computers it's so much fun.
I have worked here for 6 months. I will work here for years if it's in the cards to do so. Management really is the best. They are very understanding, and show good judgment of character in the people they hire. I work in Customer Service, and it's honestly the first job in years that I've been excited to come to every day without exception. When asked to stay longer, I am not compelled to decline.
My manager Kat in particular is absolutely phenomenal and she is a great person to be around, and takes very good care of us that work under her. Management is very caring, and as I said before, I hope to stay indefinitely.

Good opportunity to be successful

Working at PC Care Support, I've gained a lot of tools that will help me progress in life. The days go by fairly fast and I don't leave work exhausted. One of the best parts of the job is the environment. All my co-workers are amazing and make the job really enjoyable. The hardest part of the job is not having good benefits. However, the amount of money you can make at Pc Care Support almost makes up for it. For the most part the management are pretty awesome. There are some times when I get frustrated with some of the decisions they make but I guess that's going to happen at most jobs.
