Most operators here make less then 17.00 and the veterans make around 20. Considering the work load its a slap in the face. Zero job security. The people are awesome so you continue to come in but the overall consideration for your future within the company is overlooked. If your an hourly worker your basically insignificant. Don't get me wrong you'll get trained and get paid but if you make a mistake your job is immediately on the line. Ideas are thrown out the window as far as improvement. Their using old equipment and alot of temps. They are always finding ways to cut your bonus, even though they make record numbers every year. This year pay raise is less then the inflation rate. I wish the investors would step up and create a Q and A. Instead, investors are shown the pretty parts of the business and leave. It's sickening to see the opportunities being blown away. They never missed giving us a paycheck.
