My supervisor and all of the higher ups seem to really care about the employees and how they are doing.
My supervisor was super understanding when I needed a day off to visit with family and also when my coworker required a week off because she was sick.

Not many at all. The only thing I would say is I think pay should be a tiny bit more for the work the housekeepers have to do.
Communication is not clear sometimes

In the 3 months I have been here I have never felt more needed and appreciated at a job. The entire atmosphere of Pearl is amazing. No matter who you talk to they really enjoy the job they do and value their time at the company. I have learned so much since I started here and I look forward to growing with the company. It is such a relief to know that the management team really does have your back when it comes to not only the job but whatever life may throw at you as well. Being part of a company that truly values everyone of their employees and wants to see them succeed is absolutely incredible. I am very proud to say that I work at Pearl and that I love my job!!

I haven't run into very many cons about working here. My hours were exactly what I needed and they are able to work with me if something comes up that causes a conflict. If there is anything that could be considered a con its the speed of the systems that slow down the work process.

I love the relaxed atmosphere even with deadlines and goals. The people are very nice and always willing to answer questions and help you out.
