Pretty good job
|
For the data management department, you go in, do your job for however long you can within a 20 hour work week, and you go home. Flexibly hours, but limited. Great team management. Hardest part is learning the tiny details of the system, which could honestly probably be solved by a program map. Really fun environment.

I worked there 15 years. I was fell out of the "in crowd" if you are not in the club, expect advancement to be slower than those "in crowd" folks. The job, work life balance is up to you but there seems to be a scorecard somewhere.

Accounting department turnover

In general, Pearl is a good company. Just stay out of accounting. The turnover from 2015 to current is absolutely unheard of, especially for a corporate accounting department.
They have had numerous terminations, as well as people leaving on their own accord. There is no team environment thanks to one of the employees. Human Resources is aware of the ongoing issues but does nothing to resolve them.

Easy going work enviroment as long as you are doing your job. If you are production and achieve weekly and montha goals you can be rewardes. Great staff to work with. Not much room for growth.
