It is almost like school. In order to move up you must know somebody. Don’t depend on your degrees or credentials because they will tell you you must know someone. Most people go on sick or stress leave but if you actually need a leave of absence ohs nurses will deny you because you are still working. It is really a bad environment there is plenty of overtime and some required overtime. The customers are rude and entitled and management does not care the other departments have little to no self responsibility. When you spend most of your day at work it should be more then just a paycheck. PECO doesn't care about you as an individual. They are a corporation after all. I'm honestly happier and less stressed now not working here. Hr is not on your side. Higher ups will attempt to bully you. There is very little to no training, and the fear of loosing your job is always held over you. Management will curse and belittle team members without being held accountable. Turnover is unreal.
