Review from employee: full time work, supportive & fun environment, endless room for growth

Working at Peddle has been a joy. There are more contractors working part time hours, than full time employees. This review is from an employee perspective.
The job can be what you make it. Motivation, innovation, and determination are rewarded. Working hours are flexible. This is a privately-owned company and compensation and benefits are fair and on-pace. Management generally takes an agile approach and takes care of their people, working to make decisions and remove roadblocks quickly.
The company provides countless opportunities for connecting through inclusive events and casual online get togethers for those who care to join in. Things like game nights, weekly trivia contests, outings, and even full-blown remote parties happening continually.
One thing that has been hard getting used to is the number of applications, but this is more of a learning curve than a negative.
Overall, after going on two years at Peddle, happy with no complaints.

CEO has his fingers in everything

Horrible CEO to work for. He wants every employee to be his personal friend so he can waste company capital on food and drinks. Tim has his fingers in everything and micromanages his employees to death or until they up and quit which was my case when he wanted me to stock his apartment with toilet paper and fetch his mail...
He once posted to social media "I am the 1%" with a picture of his battery icon on his iPhone. That pretty much sums it up.
Don't work here unless you like brown nosing for free drinks in which case this is the perfect job for you.

I am new at Peddle . so far everything is going smoothly . You log in and log out whenever you want . so thats flexible for anyone whos looking for just extra cash . Pay is once a month . im not sure how much we get paid at all or how we keep up with the time that weve worked. But for a job where you log in and out when you want im sure its no reason to complain.

terrible commisions. no base pay.
|
accepted the job and was promised decent commissions of 10%. thats a lie. only make between $5 and $8 a car. sit on the phones all day to maybe pick up 6 cars a day. no training for the job. you CANNOT make a living at this company. commision isnt paid right away, takes weeks for it to go through. only paid once a month.

It is a good company to work for under the right management. The job itself is simple, ask the customer some questions, give a quote, and try to get them to sell their car(s) to peddle. Customers tend to get upset often.

I love contracting for this company. I have flexibility with my hours, and it is a great part time job for me. I can work around my own schedule, go to work and finish up with my day. As a mentally disabled person, this contract is a great confidence boost.The managers are also so sweet and nice.

Great workplace and CEO

I worked here a little over a year and loved my experience. Very much a start up company. I worked a total of 3 different positions. One of which, I had no choice and I was told this was my new position. That ultimately is why I left. Other than that, the office culture is great! Fun events as well.

There is no hourly pay only comission which is unfair to agents. I remember working for 1 month and going home with $50 USD. The manager is alright but the pay is unfair.
