Platform that is working to solve for how people get together in spaces. Was lucky to call Peerspace a home for 3 years. The people are what make this company so awesome; the product is a cool idea that pre-covid was taking off. Founders genuinely care about the employees and authentically believe in what Peerspace is creating. General start up struggles. Defining what it means to grow and scale efficiently was something the team has had a hard time with. Culture advertises an open mindset but some C levels use 'transparency' as a blanket to hide what's really going on. Wins are way more recognized while losses are swept under the rug. Growth is what the employee makes of it, including what your worth and value is. Middle management has little guidance on what good management is or how to achieve it. Trust if you are on management's good side. Recently moved to new office in SF. 20% off rental spaces for friends and family. New product features are out of touch with what users what or need. Communication between teams is slow and no consideration. Not the best space for someone looking for good company culture or diversity. Management does not know how to people manage. Results oriented company.
