- I didn't feel as though my work was really making a difference or affecting decisions; the work got stale after a while
- Corollary to the above: I did not see a path for getting promoted or working on new projects/learning new things
- Although I had a good number of PTO days allotted annually, there were lots of times of the month and year that management made clear were off limits to take PTO
