Great Exposure but toxic people and unhealthy work environment

At Pentagon you are exposed to a lot of processes that gives you great depth about the semiconductor business. You will learn key fundamentals if you can block out the noise.
|
Their culture is forced upon it workers, the idea of the open door policy is not existing. Favoritism is very present on the corporate side, do your best not to push your self to excel as that's considered to be frowned upon if your not a "favorite". Work life balance is preached but you are made to feel bad when taking PTO. Overall management needs to be properly trained on how to manage and communicate with employees. Very low budget act, would not recommend for a seasoned employee. Great starter, job collect a check and go.

Don't be bias, look at both sides of the situation and evaluate accordingly. Check with your supervisors and really truly see if they are optimizing their time and effort in according to what they're to do. Issue? Explore that and look beyond that and see why that is. The issue is usually found in the processing, which is usually never optimized for production efficiency. It's usually and engineering issue.
