Company does give pizza parties and cook outs for a job well done almost every month shutdowns will happen but not often at all. They tell you to follow sop but don’t give time to do so. High turnover and lots of drama. At first I found the drama comical, because it wasn’t needed or necessary. But once I noticed it was a never ending thing within this company my opinion on the company changed. The work was easy to do but gets very boring fast.
