-Culture of secrecy at all levels. -No transparent communication regarding comp plans. You will need to hire legal help to actually understand how the comp even works. Disappointed by the lack of accountability from the ELT. -Perception driven org. “What have you done for me lately?” - Read the real reviews on Blind!! - some leaders genuinely care while others are too busy feeding their ego. - if you decide to leave on your terms, you will be labeled as someone who had “performance issues”. - Certain sales leaders are simply toxic. Too much ego and very little to show for it. - Illegal practices like call recording without consent. - certain people are simply incompetent and will deliberately withhold information. - lack of career growth - buggy product which leads to CS justifying value at all times due to poor market fit. - always in firefighting mode which can get exhausting. - front line is burnt out!!
