So many acquisitions within last year people are being spread too thin. We were recently acquired by LTG and PeopleFluent. What could have been an exciting time for our team and company, was anything but. There was an overall lack of organization and the team failed toprovide answers to important questions after months of asking. Mature products and technology means not too much "cutting edge" type of work. Company outings were fun. Nice coworkers. All of this is pretty much irrelevant now due to COVID-19. - Pay is embarrassingly low, yet they always have money to continue buying companies. Your tenure here will not get you a raise. - High voluntary turnover because any company in the area is a step up. - High involuntary turnover because of layoffs. - Your career will die here unless you supplement it with certifications of some sort because most of the tech used is old and adds no value to a resume. - No upward mobility To sum it all up, employees are not valued here. Good location downtown Raleigh (when COVID is over). It starts at the top with Jonathan Satchell and Stephen Bruce. Both or truly low character and slimey individuals. Stephen is completely in over his head and is largely regarded as incompetent. Peoplefluent itself is a poor product that is losing customers left and right. It's impossible to engineer, impossible to sell, impossible to support. Do not work here under any circumstances. There was a lack of leadership and real direction for the company at that time.
