Long, long list.
- This place sucks thanks to thir work standards. They hav high aspirations but are away from ground reality. They will choke employees to the neck and still wil aks for more.
- There are 2 type of ppl working here - 1 who do all the hardwork and put in all their time and efforts. 2- are the ones who fall in good books, please others, and lik ther way forward. Some of ther staff is sitting comfortably for over 5 years just becos they can't tak properly, or are always ill ir have family issues. The other haf of the team works hard to fill in for these idiots.
Absolutely no work ethics or motivation. They wil pay whatever they want. Some ppl do nothing and stil shine some really work hard and gt nothing. Worst place to work.
If you want a life, please nevr join this stupid company.

Pathetic. They are extremely transactional. No empathy, care for employees. Anyone can insult you anytime with filthy words. The CEO has 5 people she believes in. Offcourse her top priority is she herself. Extremely egoistic female and carries 2 faces. Depends on your luck which side you get to see when. They steal your strategies without giving you any credit at all. Its a shame to see industry falling in its bate everytime. The company that talks about employee trust, culture, empathy totally lacks in it. Its a shame.

You get to work with some very hardworking n talented people. Company vision and strategy is good. They aim to achieve a lot which makes an employee excited.
|
Lot of things at one point of time makes you loose focus. Multitasking is good but with no proper guidance and micro management during stressful times doesn't work.
There's favouritism by senior management and it's very visible.
There are lot of reports generated as management just keeps finding answers to impossible targets given. But there's no guidance and support provided.

They are in the business of people and work and thought leader but irony is they themselve do not practice whay they preach. They pretend to care for you but no feedback is taken if given for older employee and only plot against you. They will make you part of tooooo many groups on hangouts and whatsapp and expect you to reply 24×7. Greedy employees will earn brownie points and they will indulge in naming and shaming evryone on these groups and paint a picture that ONLY they work.

It was a Good place to work with such an organisation.There were many things to learn And they have a fun and work balance Open door policy to reach out the HR and the seniors if you have any difficulty or problems at your work and they listen and solve the issues efficiently.
