Good people at the team level

It was not a good fit for me, but a decent job overall. 40 hour work weeks. I learned a lot about Product Mgmt and it is a mature Agile shop. There was lots of churn while I was there due to M&A strategy.

I felt sorry for all the employees I worked with. I really did. Management will start you off by being sticky sweet to you but after about a month, the psychotic behavior will come out. And you’ll notice people just start disappearing. I remember before I started one of the ladies advised me “nothing will ever be your fault.” This proved to be true because the manager would lose her sht multiple times and call me into meetings almost everyday and then end up having to apologize for not informing me of protocol and being straight up rude to me. Everyday I felt like I was in a battle and had to protect myself and thats indicative of being bullied at work. They are extremely understaffed because the director and manager do not know how to train or keep employees. One time my coworkers and I were loudly chastised because we arrived to work and quickly got coffee in the breakroom before heading to our desks. I had been followed to the bathroom before as well while ai was on my period and needed to change my tampon and management was spying on me. If management does not like your personality or your looks, you wont fit in period. The jo was easy, routine and the vibe was relaxed but management made it extremely hostile with constant bullying and blaming. The I would advise anyone interested or currently working here to leave asap because your position will not last lo . Do not work in the sales department. The director of that department has emotional issues that affect the whole staff. You onow its bad whother departments come up to you a d ask “what the h3ll is wrong with your boss?” Horrible place

This company can be a bit complex. The home office is located in the states and you have an opportunity to gain a great relation ship with the CEO & president if the company. The daily work load was based off of what position you held within the company. It could be very fast past sometimes and very slow past at times. Usually, during the Go Live's it seems a bit stressful and fast past. I came in during a time when training was a thing not well given. If you have a great attitude and is self efficient you will do great there. The things i enjoyed the most was being able to work remotely sometimes and the great relationship i had with my team.

Perfect is anything but. You will be expected to sit at your desk 40 hrs a week as well as work weekends and nights. You support three different time zones and are severely understaffed. No advancement in the company, best raise in five years was 0.9%. No educational offerings and dishonest management.
