I am constantly pushed to learn more, do more and am acknowledged for my efforts. I have held a few different positions here and am thankful for the growth opportunities, the company provides. It is a casual, yet focused environment where everyone is encouraged to do their work and suggestions and ideas are listened to and followed through on. The focus is the customer and making sure we do what we can to help them be successful with our product. As a small company it requires multiple hats to be worn which may not always be in the job description, but a requirement of a small company. I have been doing sales for the company for the past 6+ years. Its a close knit, casual atmosphere where we all work as a team. Every clients requirements are different and we have really great collaboration in the office The great thing about the position is that I know that I can call on anybody in the company to assist me in meeting the clients objectives. From the sales perspective this is great, as I know my team is not only backing me but our future clients. Excellent training is available and constant improvement is encouraged. Management is very easy to work with and provides good feedback on job expectations. Good fit for people who can work independently towards goals. Providing excellent customer service is a core value that is promoted and executed at all levels of the company. There is a steep learning curve to becoming a product expert.
