Good at the law. Poor at people management.
|
The attorneys were top-notch and provided excellent service but local HR is abominable. Discrimination is rampant, as is cronyism. Personal grudges and favoritism dictate your treatment. Overtime, remote access and mobile reimbursement are provided generously to some staff and not others, and not based on need. Unfortunately, dedication, loyalty, working harder and working smarter aren't enough here.

The good is the start of the year with the office, they were supportive and nice. Than at the second year they understandably so, they started wanting more from me which I tried their online classes but they explained it didn’t help or have any modules on my position.

Terrible office director. Treats staff liked the hired help and constantly getting into arguments with people. Very moody HR and place. Would not recommend working here for any staff or attorney.
Improve high turnover rate by letting management know to treat ALL members of the firm with RESPECT.
