Rough place to work
|
Extreme lack of experience with department heads will be the downfall of this company. There are many people who have spent their whole careers here. This equates to having no outside experience and a 'this is how we've always done it' mentality. Departments do not communicate well- inter-company emails go unanswered frequently. They are cutting important positions (customer service, shipping office) and stacking the marketing department. In addition, there is no training plan for any role. It's been such a poor experience.

A family owned company that is losing its connection to the employees.

This used to be a fun place to work but it has turned cold and less personable. Management was doing ok during the time business was good but as they struggle with the effects of Covid they have lost their way. You might stick it out through tough times in your life but don’t expect them to be there when the business struggles.

Great job. Great pay

1st shift in brake press dept. is full of old racist ppl who are a detriment to the company because they hate change and any new thing or process. 2nd shift people were awsome and much easier to get along with. The company itself is a great place to work as far as Pay, vacation and sick leave. Would recommend to type of manufacturing worker or machinist. Just focus on your work and whats expected of you and u will do well.

Worked on an assembly line manufacturing refrigerators. The atmosphere was good. There are opportunities to move around the line. Most people got along with one another to make for a pleasant work day.

Left prior job to work here because of pay and benefits. Found out that the greener grass is only because it is fertilized better. Hard to get up and go to a job where the supervisor worked daily to belittle you.
