Team was nice for the most part. Director truly cared. Team was nice for the most part.

No true opp for growth. Work load got very hectic. Upper management completely unaware and uncaring. Kept loading us up while also firing hundreds company wide. Our department bore the weight of all of this internally nd from customers. Lots of disputes and legal conflicts leading up to covid. They sent us all home the first day if shelter in place, the furloughed us and laid us off via email.... Pandemic seemed to be used as a way to hide and rebrand. Terrible for the employees and existing customers.
