Fulfilling work and great co-workers

I enjoy my job as a pet importer/exporter - it is an interesting job. It is also constantly challenging with little time to implement innovative processes. Management is misguided and possibly inept at providing solutions to problems of the front-line staff in a long-term perspective.
The company culture will be very difficult to beat anywhere else. The sales and client care staff are unique, warm and wonderful people who care about doing a good job. Mid- and upper-management are wonderful people but they focus entirely too much on the future and not nearly enough on present problems.

Opportunities for advancement depend solely on company growth which has been present, but slow, so patience is required.

Where do I start. It is a very poorly managed company. "Senior" folks are in their 20's with little to no actual experience managing anything. Not much of a team environment. Everyone is out for themselves.
When I first started, nothing was taught to me, I was expected to know everything. It is very hard to move up in the company. They seem to favor people for leadership positions who come from outside. Reorgs occur often which force high turnover rates.
