Excellent coordination and cooperation outside Phacil. Provided low voltage data and security designs for a Federal Agency. Typical day included coordinating with client requirements, developing distribution or design drawings, directing draftsman, identifying project problems, etc. My knowledge of security system designs improved greatly while working with this client. I got along mostly well with coworkers, sometimes after a spat or argument to establish the relationship. Everyone had been in charge of their own space at one time or another so it needed massaging to get relationships effective. The hardest part of the job was dealing with the disappointment I felt towards the management of the office, locally and corporately.
