Low salary. This business is in the business of opening as many new clinics as possible while neglecting the existing ones. Profit is used to open new clinics. You will not receive a meaningful raise (or any) despite working very hard and getting excellent performance reviews. When you do get a raise it is less than a cost of living adjustment.

Used to be an employer friendly company to work for with a "family "environment. Upper Management was great to work and cared for all their employees
|
New Private Equity Firm, Audax bought PHOENIX in Jan 2019 and completely changed the culture and dismantled what the founder, David Watson started and built starting in 1997.
