Phononic is heading into the ground. Upper management is incompetent and dishonest who lie to employees. Somehow mid-level management is even worse. It feels like there are layoffs every week. CEO said in a company meeting he wanted to layoff more employees but his team stopped him. Stay away unless you need health insurance.

I am weary about the future of this company. Too much employee turnover and restructuring allows for instability and fear for losing your job at any time. Upper level management turns a blind eye to what is actually happening in the company.
