It really gave me perspective on what doctors and dentists need in their office. Strong culture of innovation and contribution. Commitment to growth, and rewards for those who increase overall revenue. Great way to manage your work-life balance; I started out as a part time physician liaison to test the waters in my area, and moved into full time when my kids went back to school. As a field rep, I feel like my weekly recap meetings with my manager are just enough to keep everyone in the loop, while allowing me the freedom to get the job done without the added burden of constant micromanagement and having to commute to an office every day. Young company so they're still working out the kinks on reporting time, communications, and managing physician liaisons in the field. Some people will be nervous about the physician liaison time reporting mechanism- you text message when you arrive at your first physician meeting, and it time stamps and geolocates into a report for your manager.
