This is one of the worst companies to deal with. DO NOT deal with them, they have no clue how to conduct business, and they are in the business of lying to clients. Not customer centric - and teams are instructed to basically buy up time with client until end of project then all sorts of problems happens.

Picnframes has absorbed me in the company as a fresher. I was selected from College placement drive carried out by Picnframes Technologies at Desh Bhagat Engineering College, Mandi Gobindgarh. I served the company initially as a PHP developer and with a hike in salary every 3 months that is purely based on individuals performance. After 1 year 6 months, Company saw potential in me and i am now serving the company as Cheif Technical Officer from past 1 year on a salary package of 7.2 lakh per annum.
