Lots of great and creative people to work with, CEO is down to earth/company takes a fairly realistic approach to business which means the role feels stable, recent effort to hire more women, international people, and new grads which is good for company culture, good staff benefits and opportunities to learn.

Elusive pay review structure, very limited staff support in terms of HR, has had issues with burning staff out (though they are trying to rectify).

PikPok has been the most enjoyable and satisfying job I've worked in. The culture is fantastic and the projects are always challenging. I've been able to flourish in my role and will continue to do so.

Currently at its largest size (personnel) we are a little limited for space. That is changing though.

Unrealistic deadlines, high burnout rate, lack of long term career progression, inexperienced managers due to high turnover. Some departments have toxic workplace harassment and bullying by specific individuals in upper management - complaints are ignored or victim-blaming

The talented individuals leave, and mainly toxic ones stay long term specifically for key positions which is a vicious cycle. Classic case of people leaving managers not company.
