Great culture and best onboarding and organization I've seen

Even though I'm fairly new in Pipedrive, I can honestly say the onboarding for the new joiners is the most complete and detailed one I've witnessed.
Overall, everything seems very organised and well thought out and with real professional growth possibilities.

So far I can't see any cons besides the fact that we can't be currently working together in the office due to the pandemic.

Most people behave as they are entitled, this company was very promising at first but kept on disappointing. Very difficult to get a promotion, everyone is secretly competing to get it, which creates a lot of tensions. Work environment seems happy and energetic at first with free food and coffee everyday. The reality is you work hard, and have to do non paid overtime everyday. Without any recognition (they expect us to do so). The schedules are insane and unnecessary, and take a severe toll on you.
