Rather than randomly punish/memo a rumored delinquent employee, consider setting up CCTV cameras in the office for a proper proof/evidence and not just rely on foolish hearsay; and Upgrade ALL facilities. You and your employees live in 20th Century. She cannot give an answer except it was from sydney -delayed salary.. employees always need to remind supervisor to work on upcoming salary -you have to manually create your time in and time out used for upcoming salary..... even its HR's work -some employees have light load.. some too much..like in my case... not worth the stress for the compensation they give -1.0 NEGATIVE 0.0 NEUTRAL 0.0 1.0 3.0 3.0 1.0 1.0 1.0 1197738 Open manageement needs to be updated. unorganized and no proper rules.
