Great & supportive team members.

Management is not clear on performance expectations, then you are held to said unknown expectations & reviewed & graded on them. The pay could be better, it isn't meeting the industry standard. Scheduled breaks in support were just implemented, so plenty of laws previously broken there. Being required to take 5 chats at a time is insane. Then you get negatively graded & criticized because one user may have gotten neglected & had to wait a few minutes for a response.

Beef up training! Put your current "training" on steroids. How do you expect someone to know the ins and outs of a niche software & offer award winning support after one or two weeks of training????????? An excel spreadsheet with instructions on it is NOT training. It should be glaringly obvious that you need to implement regular tests & quizzes during the training on different aspects of the software to check for learning comprehension. It's the standard in education for a reason.

Amazing product, people, and vision

Simply put, the company takes care of its employees - great benefits, competitive pay, and a culture that's warm, inviting, and driven.
Management is seemingly - on the whole - very transparent and willing to include frontline feedback into decision making.
The product itself is top-notch, and is only getting better (it will be interesting to see how the Autodesk acquisition impacts the product suite / go-to market strategy).

There are some obvious growing pains that are being experienced across the board (training, advancement opportunities, training, training, and training).
In many departments, there is ambiguity surrounding future role/opportunities.

Love the company overall, but some serious issues

Some of the most wonderful people I've ever met. A really great company culture - people are generally very friendly, welcoming and inclusive. Tracy, the CEO is wonderful, the product is wonderful, the customers are wonderful. Honestly, on most teams - you'd probably still be really happy working here. There are a few teams though where unfortunately that is not the case. I'd recommend the company, but not my team and not Sales on the west coast either.

How many people have to quit because of a person before the complaint is taken seriously? SHOCKED that the company allows certain people to continue working here even though they regularly scream at or humiliate people. It's baffling that the company tolerates such unprofessional behavior.

Great App but Horrible Regional Sales Management

Its a great app that delivers tons of value to the construction and design industry. Customers can buy and use the same day without much training.
|
You'll quickly get annoyed and frustrated with your regional sales management team, but probably keep it to yourself. Then you'll start hearing similar thoughts from your teammates regarding your regional sales management team. Eventually you'll give in and start laughing with your teammates about the things your regional sales management team says on team calls, on sales calls and in email. Then you'll update your resume and start interviewing outside of the company and eventually leave. Some go through this process faster than others but its pretty much the way things evolve. Its just really bad regional sales management.
