The schedule needs to change. Putting most patients in 10 minute slots is unreasonable. We need more time with out patients to give good quality of care. This will also make us less overworked and irritated which will probably leave to lower turnover rates. Also your workers deserve to be paid more, especially during a pandemic (hazard pay).
