Management is oblivious to sub-standard conditions around the property. Only one guy in the whole company that knows what he is doing and they work him to death fixing issues at all of their properties. Maintenance techs aren't given the proper equipment or support to maintain the properties. It's no surprise that they can't keep good people. Avoid this company at all costs. Average pay. No management support. Working at Northgate Meadows was a living nightmare. As an APM you basically do all the work the Pm is paid to do. It is extremely busy with horrible pay. The dynamics in that office is a monstrosity. No one knows what they are doing, policies and procedures are not clear and precise. The pm there is just likes to hear herself talk a here orders at people. Basically a bully. Like any great company it starts from the top. Though, it is a great company, it is not a perfect company. There are a few hiccups, trials, concerns and stress, but overall leadership truly care about their staff. I was honored to be with PLK.
