Pros: - Gives you exposure to the VC world. - Meet great people. Cons: - No training opportunities or chances to learn and grow. L&D, upskilling and reskilling is inexistent. - Growth is only measurable by number of investments or accounts sold - no transparency over hard work. - Mix of overachievers and lazy people. People there are really average, not ambitious, got their job through friends. Lots of nepotism. Toxic culture that is way too sales driven. They don't care about their startups.
