There's a few great people at Plum Tree, and a lot of diversity. The flexibility is great, as is the opportunity to learn new things. Employees are not treated as assets. They'll expect you to work in some terrible conditions, timelines, and not give you a whole lot of input on the project. Any sort of business knowledge is not transferred. In the worst pandemic condition also the company was standing behind each and every employee. Management does care about each and every individual working in the organization. 2) The working environment is very much friendly. 3) Management will always push you to gather more knowledge, learn more things, and improvise your skills. 4) ZERO tolerance for Office Politics. Here things are simple - Learn, Improve your knowledge, and grow. CEO will personally guide you for this. 5) About my colleagues - here people are very much helpful in every case. 6) For the mental refreshment of every employee, management does arrange some activities like outings, evening refreshment meets, and many more. In simple words, my experience with PT is just extraordinary. You can't even leave your pc and go to the washroom...you will get a phone call... Also the so called flexibility will be taken away suddenly and you will have to work more hours and work from office premises.
