Institute a firm last registration time for patients that ensures staff has a fighting chance at leaving on time. Stop relying on algorithms for staffing and listen to the staff with regard to shift coverage. Let people have fixed schedules they can actually work with.

Poor upper management. There is no concern for clinical staff. Company continues to promote corporate employee and create non existent job position for family and friends, mean while they cut clinical support staff hours.
