I think a lot of people in management have titles because of the "good ole boy" network. Another thing--go and check out the Board of Trustees/Directors and upper management. How diverse is Point Park University outside of the college students? Try doing a 360 performance review so that everyone can give/receive constructive feedback from all sides. Remove your feelings and ask someone how they perceive your management team and why...it just may surprise you if you are honestly interested. Maybe the new president and VP can do it without people being in their ears.
