Get a third party that gets to keep the managers in check...
Ive seen alot of managers and bosses, who just do nothing themselves, and then put on some BS professional attitude to cover up for the lack of work they do themselves.
The working class of this company is the people who make harldy any money, the cooks, ticket scanners, lift ops, housekeeping...yeah if these departments slacked off, the whole corporation would fall apart. Ive seen food an beverage managers who merely hope from restuarant to restaurant on the mountain, "doing their job, making sure operations are running smoothly..." what they actually do is go snack at all the restuarants, and pour themselves beers at all the bars while they ride around on snowmobiles... and these same managers get paid 2x the wage of people actually doing physical labor...groomers, dishwashers, bussers, cleaners, etc....the real labor jobs...
the management gets way to cozy in their superiority complex, becasue no one challenges them or enquires into the managers actual work load.
