This company is more concerned about their image, as opposed to caring about fixing the real problems that are internally developing. Management is consistently putting out fires instead of finding the root cause of these issues.
Don’t be fooled by the high star reviews, most are written by HR/employees who are being incentivized. Everything all depends on the department you work in, as some have stronger management, while others are unorganized and unstructured. Toxic work environment. “Work harder, play harder” mentality to push employees to their limits. Pay is severely under industry standards, especially for the hours worked. This company has potential, however, is still in its infancy and has a lot of growing to do.
