My favourite company I worked for

Amazing international company with a diverse team. Friendly and fun. The only reason I left is because I worked here when it was Power Plate, but it went into administration. I survived redundancies but an office move meant I could no longer work there.

Management kept the employees in the dark with many things, but this is a minor quibble. They were very fair. Some politics, and very male dominated in management.

The staff works well as a team.

Management does not foster a culture of communication and empowerment. I remember emailing my boss a question and never receiving a reply. He consistently responded this way regarding issues he didn't want to deal with.
