Business planning is a process refined over three decades to capture, display and prove the owner’s view. Strategic planning, uses political economics and forecasting analytics in a way that taps the entrepreneur’s natural eye to and his/her understanding of the future. It is a process that supports current action which in the future is opportunity seized and risk avoided.
Our work in pricing uses data mining—inside and outside of the firm—for price discovery. We believe that those products closest to the entrepreneur’s view hold the highest value. We assist in finding and right pricing those values.
We offer these three processes separately, and in combination. Each can be retained in four “go/no go” phases so that you have complete control of content and costs. Each is priced at the front end, and with the rarest down stream increases. In some cases, we offer them with reduced fees compensated by bonuses for results.
